• Reckrea may change the ability to win, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any awards, cancel or change awards from business partners, or add cut-off dates for awards at hotels.
• Reckrea is not responsible for business partners who withdraw from the Reckrea Club program, or for changes or cancellations caused by their withdrawal.
• Discounts are not cumulative or applicable to other offers except when expressly indicated.
• If you already have the virtual card, the member must notify this in advance after booking at a hotel.

The validation of your virtual membership card will take place at any hotels.
